It has been a wonderfully busy two months, so I am a bit behind in connecting with all of you. I spent Mother’s Day with my girls in Oregon, then celebrated a big birthday, and just returned from speaking for my 21
st
year at the Society for Human Resource Management national convention in Chicago. A July 4
th
party and company from Oregon and Ohio added to the fun. This week I leave for the National Speakers Association convention in Dallas and then a cruise through the Czech Republic and Germany in early August, so it is an exciting summer. In June I was privileged to present two sessions at the Society for Human Resource Management national convention to over 3000 people on “The Simple Truths of Appreciation” and “Creating a Culture of Kindness.”
