National SHRM Conference 2015

HomeStreet Bank started working with Barbara last year as the keynote speaker for our annual retreat. Barbara delivered a message of kindness and contagious enthusiasm. It was just what the team needed and she was by far the most popular presenter. Most importantly, Barbara took the time to really understand our company and that was reflected in the quality of her work. As a result, we have engaged Barbara for this year’s offsite which will be virtual! Her role this year will be greatly expanded, and once again she has thoroughly probed the issues and identified themes that will help us grow as an organization. We couldn’t be happier with Barbara’s work. She is a great partner.
