We have had many retreats, and a variety of "experts" come speak to us. You are by far the BEST, most appreciated, and a person who made everyone present feel valued. Our only regret was that you were only able to be with us one day. , Your follow-up notes, gift of the crystal care package, etc., show that you don't just talk about how to make people feel valued; you do it.
