Thank you so much for sharing your story and yourself with all of us at the spring meeting for the Various Chemical Companies of Texas and Louisiana (VCC). As the final speaker for our meeting, you left us feeling motivated and regenerated as we headed home to our offices. Many of the companies that belong to our organization have experienced significant changes in recent years which often leave employees feeling less than excited about their "new organization." Your message reminds us all how important the spirit of our employees is. There are some very simple things we can al do to take care of that spirit as we make our way through the many changes that we all face daily.
